Indian Cottage cheese ( Paneer) and Chopped Celery give this sandwich a mix of soft and crunchy texture. The seasonings I used are can be found easily in Indian stores. You can add the seasoning and put more vegetables like carrots, onions and but I like to keep it as simple with less ingredients.
Yesterday we went out to grocery store and while coming back I captured some lovely snow scenes in my camera.
I don’t know what attracts me towards these bare winter trees. I wish I could paint them soon on my Canvas. I made this snow Painting once for my elder son’s teacher on her birthday. She loved it so much.
I miss Painting and I want to do it badly, but I know with a little baby it’s next to impossible.
Here is the recipe for Paneer and celery Sandwich.
