Perfect ” RAIN TIME SNACK” . Pakoras or Gram flour fritters are an all time favorite and universal time tea snack all over India. Pakoras are created by taking one or two ingredients such as onion, potato, spinach, paneer, cauliflower or any vegetable and dipping them in a batter of gram flour plus some spices and then deep-frying them. Today I made Fenugreek or methi Pakoras.
