Kiwi Salsa
Salsa is a fresh Mexican food, with an application that varies from topping to relish to sauce, depending on the end use chosen. While the basis of many salsas is tomatoes, salsa can be made using any vegetable or fruit combination prepared in traditional salsa style . From a health perspective, most salsas are a very healthy addition to your diet, so tucking into them is encouraged. Salsa can be raw or cooked, chopped finely or chunky, blended smooth, mild or fiery hot, smooth or spicy or fruity. Today I made Kiwi Salsa using Kiwis, Onions and some spices. Kiwi Salsa goes best with chips, or you can spread it over grilled chicken or Paneer to give that tangy, tarty flavor. The softness of kiwi and crunchiness of onion makes it a perfect dip with your favorite snacks too.
