I love to make Patties using different ingredients because it becomes very easy for me to feed vegetables to my kids.
My Son loves to eat burgers so what I usually do is to make Patties and then make burgers for him so he becomes happy and I become contended. Today I made patties using leftover Brown rice and Broccoli. I also added a small boil potato and used Besan or Gram flour for binding. You can add vegetables of your choice ( only those which can be eaten without much cooking), Paneer, cheese etc etc.
BROWN RICE AND BROCCOLI PATTIES
INGREDIENTS:
Cooked Brown rice-1 cup
Shredded Broccoli-1/2 cup
Boiled Potato-1 small mashed
Ginger chilly paste-1tsp
Chopped green chilly-1/2 tsp
salt- to taste
Besan or gram flour 2 tsp
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala-1/2 tsp
lime juice-1tsp
oil- for shallow frying
