“Holi ke din dil khil jaate hain..rango me rang mil jaate hain hain”
It was Holi and festive mood and season was going around. People in my group were posting lots and lots of holi special snacks, sweets and desserts. Inspired by them I also thought of making some thing special but healthy for my family.I called my mother and asked about her preparations for the festiveal. She told me about Garam masala Khasta kachoris. I Liked the recipe so much, but the only constraint was that I didn’t want to fry them, so I thought of baking them in Appe Pan. Yes Appe Pan a magical gadget which has helped me a lot in twisting traditional fried recipes into baked ones.
Here is the recipe

Salt-1 tsp.
Hing(-1tsp
warm water- required to make a soft dough

METHOD
- Meanwhile prepare the filling. Dry roast all the whole spices on a Pan and then grind them in a grinder.
- Add Amchur powder and salt to the mixture.
- Take a small potion of maida dough and make a ball. Roll it a little bit with a rolling pin and fill a tsp of filling in it.
- Close the ball and press it with your thumb. Roll a little again and then again close it and make a ball.
