NFL Super Bowl 52 between the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots is set to be played Feb. 4, 2018.The Superbowl Fever is all over. Our family is divided into two teams already, half of us are supporting the Eagles and half patriots. It is going to be a super fun day with family and friends altogether watching the match and cheering for their favorite teams.
I tried these healthy and delicious Air Fried Beetroot Falafels this weekend and they came out so good. My husband and I enjoyed them with greek yogurt mint dip, while my kids some delicious falafel and cheeseburgers. We bought our NuWave Brio Airfryer almost a year before, but I was not using it much because I didn’t want my counter space to get more occupied.A few days back, when I saw my one of my friend using it frequently in her kitchen, I thought of making space for Airfryer in my kitchen too.
The recipe of Airfried Beetroot falafels is very easy. It is basically just a 20-minute recipe if you have your beetroot baked already.Roast them in advance to save time.Just dice the beets and roast them in a pan for 15-20 minutes to remove that raw fragrance from them. Once you have your beets ready, put chickpeas, garlic and few more ingredients in a food processor and make a paste. shape them into small discs or balls and air fry them for 10 minutes and Voila!!!! You will be having these cute, red Beetroot falafels in front of them which you can enjoy guilt-free.
Here is how I made them

-
In a food processor, add the beets, boiled and drained chickpeas, green chili, cumin, coriander powder, coriander leaves, garlic green chili, and salt. Blend them together to make a thick paste. Make sure you don't make a thin batter.
-
Once your paste is ready, transfer it to a bowl and then add the chickpea flour. Grease your hands with little oil and make small falafels.
-
Place the falafels in bottom of the AirFryer cooking compartment leaving space between each falafel. Spray some oil on all the falafels and set the time for 10 minutes
-
Your delicious, air fried falafels are ready to eat. Serve them with a Mint yogurt dip or a Tahini dip and enjoy!
